Feta Cheese

 

Cole & I like to add Feta Cheese to salads, and late 2014 decided to do a taste test between Trader Joe's Block Feta, a popular crumbled Feta, Ezra's Regular Feta, and Ezra's Lite Feta.  Ezra's Lite Feta was the winner.  Surprisingly, though much lower in fat than the others it has a wonderful creamy texture.  It tastes rich without the calories!  At the time I bought it at local Kramer Foods it was on sale and comparable in price to the others.
